This is a handmade, rebound copy of Gideon the Ninth by Tamsyn Muir. This means it is a mass-produced paperback purchased and inserted into a handmade decorative hardcover. The pages remain glued as they came from the publisher, with some additional reinforcements added. The edges are painted black, and the case is lavender faux suede with black, gold foil, and rose gold HTV decorations. There is a black and gold ribbon bookmark with a pastel pink plastic skull at the end. The endpages are printed marble cardstock.

My books are handmade, custom items (with the exception of any rebinds, as the textblocks are legally purchased books, and the content is not altered in any way). Certain materials, especially leather, can contain natural variations. Colors may also vary between screens, though I do my best to take photos in lighting that accurately shows colors.
